Allan Poe Bona Redoña's photographs (from 1992 to 2011)  prove  the possibility of an unchanging face. what is his secret to have such APBR's facial effect ?

For the past two decades what may contribute to the delay of superficial facial aging on him are the followings:
(1) Less or very seldom exposure of whole head (including face) to liquid water. He washes and cleans only his whole body below his head.
(2) Less exposure of the face on sun's radiation. Certain rays (e.g. UV and heat ray) from the Sun can little by little cook some cells on the epidermis and can indirectly cause lines (or wrinkles) on some locations on the face.
(3) Enough hours of sound sleep. Allan's skin, obviously on the face, is stretched and hot when he is lack  of  hours of sound sleep. the number of melanin to protect his skin from sun rays is reduced or insufficient.
To cool down his face or head, he washes his whole body, excepting his head. If necessary, he takes ferrosulfate (or iron-rich foods) to produce more red blood cells-the carrier of nutrients in the body and brain.
(4) Almost no in take of processed foods, modern foods, snacks, bread and drinks.
Allan eats (if possible brown) rice, cooked fresh vegetables and fresh fruits, and well cooked fishes for more than 2 decades. These reduce the internal past-forward aging of the cells, eliminates free-radicals and toxins.
Also, they don't use used oil , nor they re-cooked foods. No softdrinks, coffee, liquor, artificial juices, and the like. No smoking, and no applying of any artificial lotion. Less or almost no meat of cattle and poultry. The homocestein meat is suspected to be the hardening material for the skin or muscle.
(5) Regular bowel movement. excreting bowel's wastes a day is good. There are circumstances that Allan do it three times a day. Antacid can indirectly cause diminishing of bowel movements.
(6) Seldom, or almost no, getting angry (hatred). The hormone of anger elevates or disturbs the functions of the circulatory system and may require enough quantity of vitamin C.
(7) Freeing from worries by keeping busy his mind through inspiring stories (like, success of some personalities) and informative reading materials, problem-solving ideas, reading the Bible, widening-mind studies, and various social or civic activities. When emotion is disturbed, he seeks persons whom he can voice out his problem (story).
(8) When washing his head once in a month (or every three months), he cautiously avoided his hand or fingers to have a direct contact on his face; he uses soap, instead.
He does not use skin cleanser or papaya soap, for they destroy epidermis.
Almost every three or six months if he use papaya to avail the changing of epidermis.
(9) Very seldom of in taking drugs. Allan uses ground raw garlic in lieu (instead) of paracetamol, antibiotic, etc.
(10) Almost no or too seldom that Allan express boasting seriously. For there is certain boasting that can elevate stress hormones even those hormones are not needed. Proper utilization of stress hormones is vital. That's why calling out those hormones out of time (necessity) is putting the circulatory system & associates in certain problem.
(11) Very seldom to feel frightened seriously for any thing under the Sun. The fear or stress hormones are needed to be utilized properly; otherwise, they can cause problem in the systems of the body.
Usually, ignorance or lack of well-defined knowledge triggers fear. Doing evil can elevate stress hormones, too.
(12) Frequent drinking of water, usually two hours after or before eating heavy meal.
(13) Regular urinating.
(14) Regular perspiring.
(15) Meditating with a beautiful face.

In 2006,Geong Rim, a Korean student in Rizal Street, Makati, laughingly shouted repeatedly " No change!  No change! "  when he saw  two photographs (1994 and 1999) of Allan Poe Bona Redoña.

    • Factual Atoms
Nakalulungkot isipin, Doc Edwin C. Monares, na magpahanggang ngayon ay mga scientist at guro pa rin ang naniniwalang ang " Atom " ay isa lamang teorya at hindi pa nakikita ng mga mata -kaya hanggang ngayon ay may Modern Atomic Theory sa halip na Facts About Atoms.

" Today the arguments in favor of atoms are so numerous and convincing that the concept is nearly universally accepted as an established fact rather than a theory '

    • the difficulty of propagating factual of science is that even in this modern day, many scientists are still believing in Heseinberg's wrong thinking that atoms are not real. In fact I encountered one physicist posted that belief, which I answered by showing the factual photograph of gold atoms (taken by scanning tunneling microscope). And in fact, until now, out text books are based on atomic theory and NOT on Facts about atoms.

ATTENTION : Filipino Teachers

What are the differences between the following sentences ?

A)  I will cook rice  by  12  noon.

B)  I will have cooked  rice  at  12  noon.

For ordinary  Filipino  students there's no  difference. They think  'Magluluto  ng  kanin (pagsapit)  ng alas dose ng tanghali,'   assuming  that those sentences  (in A and B)  have  the same meaning, except  B  has  "have"   and   "-ed "  in cook.
When  asked  about those  sentences, a typical Filipino  student  or teacher will answer  according to the presence and/or absence  of certain word (i.e.  have)  and/or  certain letters (i.e. -ed in cooked)  and  not  according  on the meaning  of the  sentence.
Astonishingly,  they  might even  know  that those  sentences are in the future and perfect future tenses, respectively, without  understanding what   perfect  future  really  means.
A worst  encounter  was when  a private college graduated PT  insisted to me that  the  "-ed "   in   sentence  B   should  be uncalled for (or wrong)  because  of the  presence  of  " will ",  even though I   explained  to her  that  verbs followed with  had, have, or had  should  be in the past (i.e. past participial form).
Have  form  before  a verb makes a sentence  in the  perfect tense;  will before  a verb  makes  it in  the future tense.  Therefore, will +  have form + past participle  makes  a sentence  in the   perfect future  tense.
When I've read from  an English  textbook  "will have benefited "   my stand was now affirmed once more, and yet  she did not concede, and she still asserts  that  " -ed "  in  ' will have cooked '   must   be wrong.
    I  am  sad  about this.

As early as  year 2001  I've  noticed  that   many  of those  taking teaching profession  and other courses  do not  really  understand  the perfect  tenses.
The best  way  to determine  whether  Filipino students  or teachers  understand  those  sentences (in A  and B), ask  them  to translate  or explain those sentences in Filipino (Tagalog).

When  Dr.  Juanita B. Carlos  (Ph D.), then superintended  to all  principals and teachers in  Muntinlupa, Taguig and Pateros, asked  us to make a project about  Measurement &  Evaluation, I'd preferred  to tackle the ' Have Forms '   (1)  to learn  them  more,  (2)  to verify  my assumption  (that  many teachers  here do not really understand  past perfect, present perfect, and future perfect tenses),  (3)  to learn how to really understand or know those tenses (and to teach them to students), and (4)  to have an estimate  of those understand and do not understand have forms.

It took a long period of time  before  I've decided to discus this problem in public.
Although devastating, but no one will pay more attention to this problem  until  it hurts  him or  her.

Solution

English (A)
I will cook rice by  12  noon.
Filipino
*Magluluto ako ng kanin (simula)  pagsapit ng alas dose ng tanghali.
*Magsisimula akong magluto  ng kanin sa katanghaliang tapat.

English (B)
I will  have cooked  rice at  12  noon.
Filipino
*Maluluto na ang kanin ( na aking niluluto) mamayang alas dose ng tanghali.
*Makaluluto na ako ng kanin pagsapit  ng katanghalian tapat.

In sentence  A, the start of  cooking will be  at  12  noon,  whereas  in sentence B   the  cooking is already started  sometime before 12  noon  and  will be  completed  at  12 noon.

Sincerely,
ALLAN   POE   BONA   REDONA
